- Our price is counted by US dollar, at Hai Phong FOB price (you can send an enquiry for CIF price ). Small order quantities, you should use to send the shipment by Express (DHL, TNT, FedEx, ...) for the fastest and safest.
- Once finished transaction between us leading to place an order with us, we will send you a profoma invoice. A 50% down payment of your order is required to start the production if the total amount order more than US$ 3,000. The balance payment must be executed when the goods is ready for shipment.
- The lead time for one order depending on your order quantities, from 15 - 75 days.
- We will keep you informed on our progress for your order. When it is completely, we will send you the pictures of finished products, packing list and commercial invoice of your order placed for your checking and confirmation. And the balance due will be done once the goods is ready for delivering.
- We can provide quotes from a number of shipping companies and forwarders to suit your budget, however when we use our integrated cargo company we can guarantee delivery schedules and ensure a trouble free journey for your consignment.
- Our handling of all your cargo arrangements includes taking care of all the relevant official export documentation required by the Vietnam authorities and special documentation required by the destination country.(Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Certificate of Origin, Bill of Lading, Customs Clearances, (Vietnam) Fumigation certificates etc.). This is included in the shipping cost. When your shipment is ready to proceed and documentation is completed and released from the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce all documents are forwarded via courier to your broker/agent /notify party to process at your locale while the container is in transit.
